Welcome To Christian World Ministries Florida

Introduction:

Christian World Ministries, Florida (CWMFL) is a Christ Centered & Full Gospel Church which is located presently at 104 West Orange Street Lakeland, Florida 33801.

We are a congregation dedicated to fulfilling the mandate that God has given to each believer to share the Good News to all people (Mathew 28:19-20).  Live a holy and righteous life as being our identity to be a real follower of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that salvation is only attained through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ by His atonement and death on the cross for the forgiveness of mankind from their sins.

We believe that God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are all part of the God Head. Matthew 28:19; John 14:26; 1 Corinthian 8:6; 2 Corinthians 13:14.

We believe in eternal life in God’s presence for those who were found blameless through His Son Jesus Christ and that their names were found in the Book of Life (Luke 10:20) and the Book of the Lamb (Revelation 20:15).  And life eternal in damnation in the fiery lake of hell those who live a life away from God’s will (Matthew 10:28; 25:46; Revelation 20:15; 21:8).

History:

Christian World Ministries, Florida (CWMFL) was conceived in June 2008. Pastor Luisa Gutierrez who has initiated and started the ministry through prayers and Bible studies which was held in houses. And since then people came and joined in the meetings which led to starting a Church here in Lakeland.   But due to the magnitude of the responsibility of the Ministry that God is entrusting to Pastor Luisa Gutierrez, Pastor Ramon Jose was appointed to be the Senior Pastor in which Pastor Luisa Gutierrez remained to be an Associate Pastor together with Pastor Raul Boyd which occupied different responsibilities like Sunday school teachers and headed other Ministerial departments.

Church Membership:

CWM is a church that welcomes and accepts any person from any background and or race.  We are blessed to have faithful members and are presently averaging from 40 – 60 regular members during our Sunday morning services.  Our desire is to continue growing and presently hold cell group meetings in several home locations for the purpose of having bible studies and giving our church members opportunities to invite people who are unchurched.  During these cell group meetings, we also have the opportunity to share each other’s testimony and answer any questions that may need to be understood so we are able to continue growing deeper in the knowledge of God’s word.

The Challenge:

We believe that God is no respecter of person.  Zechariah 4:6 says… it’s not by might nor by power but by My Spirit sayeth the Lord.  We believe that God has called each one of us to reach out to the lost, held captive by evil (Luke 4:18) and to those who will hear the Gospel (John 3:16).  To fulfill the Great Commission that God has given to us (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8).
